The pressure finger of the brush holder rotates flexibly, and there should be no dead spots or jams when it falls freely after being lifted. Each joint is firmly riveted without the hidden danger of disconnection. The surface can be treated by methods such as Ni plating, Zn plating, Cr plating, imitation gold plating, copper plating, chemical oxidation, pickling, etc. according to the use environment to ensure the long-term use of the carbon brush holder (brush holder). Avoid the existence of bad defects such as sharp corners and burrs on the brush box body, which will cause a discharge phenomenon in a humid environment. The pressure of the brush box pressure finger of the newly manufactured product has been adjusted well. As the service time prolongs, the elasticity will fatigue and decay. If the decay is too large, a spark phenomenon will occur at the bottom of the carbon brush. Please adjust the pressure to the following requirements: the pressure of the carbon brushes for motors such as metallurgy, power generation, and cranes is between 0.15 and 0.35 Kg/mm2; the pressure of the carbon brushes for traction motors is between 0.3 and 0.4 Kg/mm2. The pressure error of the carbon brush holders (brush holders) on the same motor should not be more than 10%, otherwise, it will cause uneven current density and local overload.
