The SYT series liquid resistance speed regulation cabinet of Simo Motor is composed of a liquid resistance cabinet, a plate-type high-efficiency heat exchange cabinet, and an electrical control system. For fan and pump loads, according to the relationship of P∝n³ (P is the output shaft power, and n is the rotational speed), by changing the resistance value of the liquid resistance connected in series to the rotor of the motor, the rotational speed of the motor is changed, thus achieving the purposes of speed regulation and energy conservation. For the motors used in rolling mills in the metallurgical industry, by changing the resistance value of the liquid resistance, the surge current of the motor at the moment of the start of rolling is suppressed, playing a role in protecting the motor.
The SYT series liquid resistance speed regulation cabinet of Simo Motor can be optionally equipped with a human-machine interface system, realizing remote monitoring and operation. It has the function of human-machine dialogue, with simple operation and high reliability.
