This is equivalent to the IE1 efficiency standard in IEC60034-30. The YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor has a highly sealed enclosure to reduce or prevent dust from entering the motor. Even if dust does enter, it will not create an ignition hazard. The maximum allowable surface temperature of the enclosure is controlled not to exceed the specified temperature class, in compliance with national standards. While ensuring explosion-proof performance, the motor design is optimized to meet the national energy efficiency standards (GB18613-2012), achieving Level 3 energy efficiency. The stator core is vacuum pressure impregnated, making it a complete unit with excellent electrical, mechanical, moisture-resistant, and thermal stability. The insulation material used is Class F insulation, but the temperature rise limit is based on Class B, offering a large temperature rise margin and a long service life.
