The YFB3 Series Dust Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor is a totally enclosed self-ventilated squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, hereinafter referred to as the "YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor". The YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB12476.1-200 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Dust Environments - Part 1: Electrical Equipment Protected by Enclosures and Limiting Surface Temperature". The efficiency of the YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor complies with the energy efficiency limits and evaluation values in GB8613-2006 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Evaluation Values for Medium and Small Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors", achieving Level 3 energy efficiency. This is equivalent to the IE1 efficiency standard in IEC60034-30. The YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor features small size, light weight, reliable operation, aesthetic appearance, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, large temperature rise margin, excellent performance, and an advanced, reasonable explosion-proof structure, ensuring safe and reliable use.

Application Fields
The YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor is mainly used in environments where combustible dust is present, such as in the pharmaceutical industry, textiles (e.g., cotton, flax, synthetic fibers), metallurgy (e.g., magnesium powder, aluminum powder, carbon powder), grain processing (e.g., wheat, corn, grains), feed processing (e.g., blood meal, fish meal), fertilizers, tobacco, papermaking, synthetic materials (e.g., plastics, dyes), and building materials.

Product Features
The YFB3 Dust Explosion-Proof Motor has a highly sealed enclosure to reduce or prevent dust from entering the motor. Even if dust does enter, it will not create an ignition hazard. The maximum allowable surface temperature of the enclosure is controlled not to exceed the specified temperature class, in compliance with national standards. While ensuring explosion-proof performance, the motor design is optimized to meet the national energy efficiency standards (GB18613-2012), achieving Level 3 energy efficiency. The stator core is vacuum pressure impregnated, making it a complete unit with excellent electrical, mechanical, moisture-resistant, and thermal stability. The insulation material used is Class F insulation, but the temperature rise limit is based on Class B, offering a large temperature rise margin and a long service life.
