Xi'an Simo YE4 Series Ultra-high Efficiency Energy-saving Three-phase Asynchronous Motors
Take YE4-132S2-2 as an example: YE4 is the motor model, Y represents an asynchronous motor, and E4 indicates IE4 high efficiency; 132 is the center height; S is the frame length code; 2 is the core length code; 2 is the number of motor poles.
The YE4 series (IP55) ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors (frame numbers 80~355) (hereinafter referred to as: motors) produced by Xi'an Simo Motor are low-voltage fully enclosed self-fan cooled ultra-high efficiency squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors whose efficiency meets the IE4 efficiency requirements in the latest version of the international standard IEC 60034-30 "Efficiency classes of single-speed three-phase cage-type induction motors". Their efficiency values fully meet the requirements of Energy Efficiency Class 1 in the national standard GB18613 "Energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency grades for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors", which is currently the highest efficiency standard globally. The efficiency is determined by the loss analysis method of measuring input-output power (in accordance with the provisions of 11.3 in GB/T 1032-2012).
The mounting dimensions and power ratings of the motors comply with IEC international standards and are consistent with the German DIN42673 standard. The enclosure protection level is IP55, the cooling method is IC411, and the duty is continuous (S1). It adopts an F-class insulation structure, but the temperature rise of the entire series is evaluated according to Class B; and the load noise is required to be evaluated.
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the power range is 0.75~375kW, including 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motors. Motors with a power of 3kW and below use the Y connection method, and other powers use the Δ connection method.
The frame numbers of H80~160 have a fully enclosed bearing structure, and the frame numbers of H180 and above have an open bearing structure. The front and rear bearings are equipped with a non-stop lubrication device. The motor is equipped with anti-condensation drainage holes. The conventional terminal box of the motor has a top outlet, and it can also be made into a right-side outlet or a left-side outlet according to user requirements. The terminal box can be rotated by 90° and 180°, which is convenient for users to have outlets in different positions.
