Our primary business focuses on industrial motors, and we frequently receive inquiries about repairing motors for household appliances, small high-speed motors, precision motors, etc., which we do not produce or repair. Therefore, before sending a motor for inspection or repair, please consult our technical staff to confirm whether the repair is feasible.
Remote Confirmation by Technical Staff – Parts Replacement Only
Based on the fault description provided by the customer, if the issue can be resolved by replacing parts, the customer can directly purchase the necessary motor parts from our factory or other suppliers and carry out the replacement.

Remote Confirmation by Technical Staff – Requires Factory Repair
In cases where the motor is severely damaged and needs to be sent back to the factory for repairs, or if disassembly and reassembly of parts are required, the motor needs to undergo dynamic balancing and other tests, which also necessitate sending the motor to the factory.
Fault Diagnosis
This section applies specifically to motors that need to be sent to the factory for repairs. Because there may be miscommunication between the user and our technical staff, it’s possible that some faults are not fully identified. For example, the motor may have hidden issues not noticed by the user, or our staff might misinterpret the described problem. Therefore, our technicians can only provide an approximate response based on the user's description of the fault. We cannot give repair quotes or commitments based solely on the user's one-sided fault description.
Repair Costs
The repair cost for the motor will be determined based on the motor's inspection report, which includes details about the faults, required parts, labor fees, electricity charges, and equipment usage fees. If the user agrees with the quote, we will sign the final motor repair contract. If the user finds the repair too expensive, only the motor fault inspection fee will be payable.
The Simo Electric Motor Repair Center treats all repaired motors as new products: they are fully covered by the three-year warranty service of Simo Electric Motors.
