Therefore, before sending motors for inspection or repair, please consult with our technical staff to confirm whether the repair can be carried out.
Remote Confirmation: Only Parts Need to Be Replaced.Based on the fault reported by the customer, if our technical staff remotely confirms that the fault can be resolved simply by replacing parts, customers can directly purchase the required motor parts either from us or other suppliers and perform the replacement themselves.
Remote Confirmation: Needs to Be Sent for Factory Repair.If the motor's damage is severe, requiring factory-based repair, or if the motor needs disassembly and reassembly, followed by dynamic balancing and other tests, it will need to be returned to the factory for repair.
Fault Diagnosis: This section is specifically for motors that require factory repairs. Communication between customers and our technical staff may not cover all aspects of the fault, such as other hidden faults in the motor that have not been detected or possible misjudgments in the fault diagnosis based on the customer's description. Therefore, our technical staff can only provide a preliminary response based on the customer's description of the issue and cannot provide a repair quote or promise without a full inspection and report.
Repair Pricing: The repair cost will be based on the motor inspection report, including details of each fault, required parts replacement, labor costs, electricity charges, equipment usage fees, and other associated costs. If the customer agrees to the quoted price, a formal repair contract will be signed. If the customer feels that the repair is not cost-effective, they will only need to pay the motor fault inspection fee.
